{DAY BY DAY SAFARI ITINERERAY}
DAY 1: ARRIVE IN TANZANIA.
Arrive anytime at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). Overland Safaris will arrange a private transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha at Lake Duluti Lodge, where the rest of the day is at leisure.
Dinner and overnight at Green Mountain Hotel: Bed, Dinner, Breakfast, and Lunch are included.
DAY 2: FULL DAY GAME DRIVE IN TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK.
Today we drive to Tarangire National Park, for excellent game viewing. Tarangire is a small park that offers some excellent sights. Generally, in the dry seasons, Tarangire comes alive as the wildlife and birdlife congregate on the Tarangire River, which is a permanent source of water. We spend the night in our lodge beautifully set outside the park with stunning views and a unique atmosphere of Rift Valley Escapement.
Dinner and overnight at Karatu Tented Camp: Bed, Dinner, Breakfast, and Lunch are included.
DAY 3: FULL DAY TOUR TO BUSHMEN AND DATOGA TRIBLE.
Breakfast in the lodge, depart for Lake Eyasi safari to meet up the elusive Hadzabe tribe, whom you learn more about their fascinating culture. Picnic lunch then we go for the Datoga village tour then back in the evening for the overnight.
Dinner and overnight at Karatu Tented Camp: Bed, Dinner, Breakfast, and Lunch are included.
DAY 4: FULL DAY GAME DRIVE IN NGORONGORO CRATER.
We start the day with an early morning game drive before heading to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Ngorongoro is a special place in that it is a Conservation Area, not a National Park; this means that the whole area is managed for both the animals and the local Masai people who graze their cattle alongside the indigenous wildlife. During the drive-in Ngorongoro, we have a chance to glimpse something of the Masai way of life. After stopping at the entrance gate, where there is a chance to learn more about this fascinating volcanic landscape, we will drive around the rim of the Crater itself, and from here we can look down and see the herd of wildebeest or buffalos. Finally, we descend into the crater. The crater walls provide a natural sanctuary for the animals, which means there is plenty to see: lions, elephants, buffalo, rhino, and leopards (if you are lucky). The only animal you won’t see here is a giraffe, whose long legs are unable to cope with the steep sides of the crater. In the late afternoon, we make a short journey from the crater to our beautiful lodge set outside the crater.
In the afternoon we drive back to Arusha.

DAY 5: ARUSHA TO KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
Depending on your flight schedule and departure point, you will be transferred to the airport to connect your flight for further travel.

THE CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS OF CONDITIONS:
A non-refundable 15% deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking processes and ground preparations. An invoice will be sent to the client together with the payment instructions.
The final balance payment of the tour booked is required to be paid not later than 20 days before the tour starts. Bookings made within 20 days prior to the arrival date should be paid in full.
Cancellation received 30 days or more before the tour starts: No Cancellation Fees will be charged.
Cancellation received 15 days before the tour starts: 30% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
Cancellation received 10 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation received within 48hrs before the tour starts: 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
